What is custom office furniture?
It is furniture built to your exact size, style and brand—like desks, chairs and storage—instead of buying it off a shelf. Meco builds these using CNC machining, metal stamping, molding and wood-and-metal assembly.
What materials do you use?
Mostly aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and engineered plastics, plus wood tops and upholstered components. We help you pick the best material for each part.
How exact can you make parts?
Down to 0.01 mm on key features. We measure parts with a CMM to be sure moving joints and frames fit.
Do you test the furniture?
Yes. We run BIFMA and ANSI strength tests, plus 500+ hours of finish tests, so it holds up to daily use.
Can you ship flat-pack (RTA) or fully assembled?
Yes. We supply bulk components, flat-pack Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) retail boxes with hardware kits and instructions, or fully assembled units in ISTA drop-tested packaging.
Can you make small and large orders?
Yes. From 10 test parts to 10 million and up. There is no minimum order.
