Warehousing and Logistics That Finish the Job
Meco stores, packs, and ships the products we build. One partner moves your goods from our factory floor to your customer, with stock you can check any time.
One System, Not Three Handoffs
Most supply chains break at the handoffs. Goods pass from the factory to a warehouse, then to a freight company, and the stock data gets lost on the way.
Meco makes the parts, assembles the product, then stores and ships it. You get one stock record, one contact, and one invoice. It works alongside whole product manufacturing, so a program can grow from a first run to steady global orders.
Store
Goods are inspected on arrival, then racked with FIFO rotation and lot tracking.
Supply
JIT, VMI, and safety stock keep your line running without tying up cash in extra parts.
Ship
We pick, kit, pack, label, and ship, then bill one landed cost.
What Is Included
Six services that carry your product from the factory floor to your customer, all under one IATF 16949:2016 quality system.
Global Distribution Network
Stock held in the US (Ohio and Florida), Canada, Japan (Tokyo and Osaka), and Thailand, close to your demand.
Inventory Programs
JIT, VMI, safety stock, and forecast buffers match supply to your build schedule and demand swings.
24/7 Portal Visibility
Check stock levels, order status, and shipment milestones at any hour, from any time zone.
FIFO, COA and Lot Tracking
First in, first out rotation with certificates of analysis, so the paper trail runs from the line to the door.
Kitting, Packaging and Labeling
Parts grouped into ready to use sets, packed and labeled to your spec, retail ready or direct to customer.
Freight and Landed Cost
Sea, air, and courier shipments booked for you, billed as one landed cost with product, freight, and duty in one line.
Which Inventory Program Fits You?
Different demand patterns need different stock models. Here is how the five programs compare.
Not sure which fits? Meco reviews your demand and suggests the right mix.
Receive and Inspect
Finished goods arrive, get checked, and the COA and lot number are recorded.
Store and Map
Stock is racked with FIFO rotation and a digital location, so counts stay accurate.
Plan and Refill
JIT, VMI, and buffer rules trigger the next replenishment before you run short.
Pick, Kit and Pack
Orders are picked, kitted, and packed with your labels and pack out spec.
Ship and Track
Freight is booked and tracked, with one landed cost invoice at the end.
From Factory Floor to Final Door
Every program runs the same five steps, so you always know where your goods are and what happens next.
Because assembly and warehousing sit under one roof, finished units move straight into stock. No second supplier, no second quality file.

Warehousing FAQ
What is included in Meco's warehousing service?
Storage in five countries, JIT and VMI programs, safety stock, kitting, packaging, labeling, freight booking, and one landed cost invoice. A 24/7 portal shows stock and orders.
What is the difference between JIT and VMI?
JIT times each delivery so parts land when your line needs them. VMI goes further: Meco watches your stock and refills it to an agreed level, so your team does no planning. Many programs use both.
Where are the warehouses?
The US (Ohio and Florida), Canada, Japan (Tokyo and Osaka), and Thailand. Manufacturing runs in Thailand and China, with engineering support in the US.
How do you keep traceability in the warehouse?
Stock rotates on FIFO, and every lot carries its certificate of analysis. The record runs from the production line to the final shipment under our IATF 16949:2016 quality system.
What is landed cost invoicing?
One invoice covers the product, freight, duties, and handling. You see the true total cost instead of stacking three vendor bills and guessing at the rest.
Will it scale as my volume grows?
Yes. Warehousing sits on the same systems as manufacturing, so programs run from 10 pieces to 10 million and up. There is no new logistics vendor to qualify.
