Turnkey Manufacturing Solutions Under One Roof

Meco's turnkey manufacturing solutions put a single supplier in charge of the entire product lifecycle, covering engineering validation and component sourcing, tooling, part production, assembly, rigorous testing, final packaging and global logistics. If you are still weighing up the model itself, read our guide to what is turnkey manufacturing.

At Meco, that scope runs across 40+ in-house processes, including CNC machining, die casting, plastic injection molding, surface finishing and mechanical assembly, inside our own 20,000 m² Thailand and 16,000 m² China factories.

Why Buyers Choose an Integrated Turnkey Manufacturing Company

Most turnkey manufacturers subcontract processes, Meco handles machining, molding, casting, finishing, and final assembly entirely in-house, ensuring complete accountability.

Take My Product to Production

How Our Turnkey Manufacturing Services Work

Five stages, managed by a single accountable team from initial blueprint validation to final delivered goods.

01

Design and Engineering

Reviewing or creating blueprints and optimizing parts for production.

02

Ownership & Transparency

A Turnkey Service That Keeps You in Control

You Own Your Tooling

Every mold, die and fixture you pay for is yours, whether it runs on injection molding, casting or CNC machining. Ownership is stated in the quote, so you are never locked in by a tool you already bought.

Country Selection Is Advised, Not Imposed

Our engineers recommend a factory based on your volumes, materials, tolerances, compliance needs and delivery lanes. You see the reasoning, then you decide.

Full Transparency in Writing

Country of manufacture, process ownership and inspection reports are documented on every program.

Have a Product Idea? We Will Build It

You do not need finished drawings or a supplier list to start. A sketch, a sample or a written description is enough for our R&D engineers to tell you whether it can be made, what it will likely cost and how long it will take.

1. Tell Us the Idea

Send a sketch, CAD file, photo or physical sample. An NDA is signed before anything is reviewed.

2. We Engineer It for Production

We refine the design, select materials and prototype it so it can actually be built at volume.

3. We Build and Deliver It

Tooling, parts, assembly, testing and shipping, all under one quality system.

Turnkey Manufacturing Services FAQ

What do Meco's turnkey manufacturing services include?

Design review and engineering, prototyping, tooling, component production across 40+ in-house processes, sourcing of bought-in parts, assembly, testing, packaging, warehousing and delivery. You receive a finished, ready-to-sell product under a single contract and one quality system.

What should I look for in a turnkey manufacturing company?

Check how much is genuinely in-house versus subcontracted, whether tooling ownership is written into the quote, which quality system governs every process, and whether the supplier will name the factory building your parts. Turnkey manufacturing companies that broker the work cannot control cost or schedule the way an owner-operator can.

How is a turnkey service different from contract manufacturing?

Contract manufacturing produces parts to your print and you integrate them. Turnkey adds sourcing, assembly, testing, packaging and logistics, so you receive a complete product from one partner. See whole product manufacturing.

Who owns the tooling?

You do. Molds, dies and fixtures you pay for remain your property, are tagged to your program and are documented in the quote.

Which country will my parts be made in?

It depends on the project. Our engineers assess volume, materials, tolerances, compliance needs and shipping lanes, then recommend a site across our 20,000 m² Thailand and 16,000 m² China factories. You approve the choice before tooling starts.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Programs run from 10 prototype units to 10 million and more on the same lines, so you can launch small and scale with the same partner.

How fast is a quote, and how long is tooling?

Quotes come back in under 24 hours with design feedback. Tooling and first samples typically take 3 to 6 weeks after approval.

How is quality verified?

Every program runs under IATF 16949:2016 with APQP, PPAP and SPC documentation. Samples are CMM inspected to ±0.002 mm, and shipments include material certificates and traceability records.

Will my design stay confidential?

Yes. An NDA is signed before any files are reviewed and your design stays yours. Because one partner holds the whole product, your files are not circulated across unrelated vendors.
