Learn MoreFrequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between MIG and TIG welding?
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding uses a continuously feeding wire electrode and is very fast, making it ideal for production. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode and adds filler metal by hand, offering superior precision and control but at a slower pace.
What is a "turnkey welded assembly"?
This means we handle the entire manufacturing process. We start with raw materials, perform all cutting, bending, and machining, complete the welding, and then manage any required post-weld machining, finishing (like powder coating), and final assembly.
How do you ensure weld quality and strength?
We ensure quality through multiple levels of process control, including developing certified Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS), designing robust fixtures, in-process monitoring, and post-weld validation through methods like cross-section analysis (to check penetration) and destructive testing.
