c) Hardwares we use on stamping parts: Mcmaster fasteners, PEM studs/nuts
d) As per the required quantity, parts can be made by laser cut/NC punch or bending, without tooling cost.
e) Cost for a single die can be as minimum as $350, for low volume products.
f) Our tooling lead time is from 10~25 days.
g）Surface finish includes:
Zinc, Zinc-nickel alloy ,Tin,Nickel,silver,gold
E-coating
Powder coating, painting
